Hi guys, I hope everyone had a great week. I spent most of yesterday gearing up for the Olympia this weekend. I went to the gym, got my hair cut, waxed, manicured, spray tanned……….the packed my bags for all my shoots that I’ll be doing over the weekend. I’m going to the Expo for a few hour this afternoon, then I have several shoots this evening. I should be able to attend the expo for few hours tomorrow morning before my Wrestling video shoot with Utopia in the early afternoon. Then of course the Big After Parties tomorrow night! (Yippie) There’s a chance that I’ll be shooting on Sunday or Monday as well. As you can see I have a pretty busy weekend, unfortunately I wont be online much for the next few days.

I’ll be doing a Girl-Boy and a Girl-Girl Wrestling video with my girlfriend “Melissa Dettwiller”. We should have a great time and i’m sure the content will turn out Awesome! Once the content goes live, you’ll be able to download it from the Utopia website for a small fee and you’ll be able to see me in Action!!

I have a pretty busy yet very fun week ahead of me. I’ll be spending most of the week, gearing up for the Mr.Olympia Expo, which takes place next Friday the 25th and Saturday the 26th. I’ll be spending a lot of time in the Gym this week, training hard and trying to fit in as much cardio as possible.

I also have a ton of friends that either live here in Vegas or they’ll be coming into town this week. I’ll be hooking up with some of them early in the week and others I’ll be meeting at the Expo over the weekend.

One of the great things about the Mr.Olympia weekend are all the After Parties, photo, video shoots and of course all the candid expo pics. I’ll definitely be shooting a lot of those this year for my blog.

I picked up a bottle of “Mad House Wife” Merlot lastnight, I had a few glasses and it was very tasty! Although I hate the way Red Wine Stains your teeth! (Yuck). I’m defnitely going to finish the bottle, but it’s only white wine for me for now on!

I just made my lunch, a yummy Grilled Chicken salad with roma tomatos and bell peppers drizzled with EVOO and red wine vinger. Damn i’m so healthly!
