I have a pretty busy yet very fun week ahead of me. I’ll be spending most of the week, gearing up for the Mr.Olympia Expo, which takes place next Friday the 25th and Saturday the 26th. I’ll be spending a lot of time in the Gym this week, training hard and trying to fit in as much cardio as possible.

I also have a ton of friends that either live here in Vegas or they’ll be coming into town this week. I’ll be hooking up with some of them early in the week and others I’ll be meeting at the Expo over the weekend.

One of the great things about the Mr.Olympia weekend are all the After Parties, photo, video shoots and of course all the candid expo pics. I’ll definitely be shooting a lot of those this year for my blog.
