I had dinner and drinks with a couple of friends on the strip lastnight, we decided to do some X-mas shopping at the Fashion Show Mall after.  I picked up a couple of gifts for my little nephews, unfortunately I still have a ton of shopping to do. 

It’s been a little hard to get into the X-mas spirit this year, although I did manage to put up some lights, I bought a poinsettia and a big box of  X-mas cards yesterday.

Wow, you can definitely tell the holidays are just around the corner! It’s been super cold here in Las Vegas recently. The average temperature has been around 50 degrees in the day then dropping down into the 30’s at night.  Brrrr……

We got our first snow fall of the year a couple of days ago. Here’s some cell pics that I took of the mountains off in the distance covered in snow, isn’t it beautiful!

I just wanted to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving! I have a really busy day planned tomorrow. It will start with coffee, cinnamon rolls and the Thanksgiving parade in the morning. Then I’ll be meeting my mom for lunch on the strip.

After lunch I plan on meeting some of my close friends at a local casino for a little football & cocktails. Then I’ll be heading home in the evening to curl up on my couch and relax. I rented the new Tom Hanks movie “Angels & Demons” on blu-ray.
